If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and you want a refund or exchange, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charge or for an exchange.

All return and exchange shipping charges must be paid by the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes to ensure full credit or an exchange.

Once we receive the returned product, please allow us 2-3 days to start the refund process.  You should receive the full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charge withing 5-9 business days depending on your financial institution.
